Maybe you find it hard to share your insecurities and secrets with your partner for fear of being rejected or judged unfavourably.
EFT is a powerful method to help couples find their way to more secure and loving relationships, where they can feel loved and get their needs met by one another. Healthy relationships provide us with resilience, and compassion for each other. You will come to understand the pattern of relating that creates distance and conflict and develop new ways of connecting based on open and trusting behaviour.
